Joanna Dabrowska combines strong entrepreneurial vision with 30+ years of experience in business and technology gained on various projects in Ireland, the UK, Poland, Canada, South Africa and Austria.
Her experience stretches across many different sectors e.g. IT (Software development), Financial Services (Banking, General Insurance, Life & Pensions, Investments), Utilities (Electricity & Gas), Telecommunications (Mobile Services), Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, Public Sector (RSA & An Garda Síochána) and Other Services.
She holds a post-graduate business qualification (Executive MBA) from Institut Francais de Gestion, Digital Marketing Diploma from Dublin Business School and several IT, finance, sales & marketing qualifications. She believes in constant learning and growing, so she keeps on adding to the extensive list of her credentials.
She is Prince 2 Certified Project Manager, Scrum Product Owner, Meyers-Briggs Certified Consultant and Design Sprints Facilitator. Her somewhat unusual credentials include two completed firewalks, a solo skydiving experience and interesting leadership skills she has learned from a horse.
She brings to the table her extensive Business Analysis experience, UX design background, strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach. Her particular interest lies in the area of Digital Transformation and the application of Emerging Technologies in improving Customer Experience and the creation of cutting-edge digital products.
