Getahead Consulting Ltd. is a Dublin based business coaching and management consulting company dedicated to helping small and medium business owners start and improve their businesses.

Unfortunately, a common perception of a consulting firm is that it borrows your watch to tell you the time and it charges you a fortune for it.

So how are we different?

Well, for one we don’t have fancy offices and heavy overheads. This allows us to keep our fees affordable and well within the reach of even the smallest of businesses. Secondly we all have at some stage of our lives been in your position. We have experienced similar challenges and similar worries, so we won’t waste your time suggesting solutions that work only in text books.

We believe that taking time to analyse and plan is vital, but means nothing if it is not effectively implemented. So yes, we talk, analyse, visualise, set objectives, plan, write it all down, and sometimes produce reports, but that is not where we end our involvement. We walk with you all the way, providing along the way whatever you may need – project management, consulting, mentoring, training, coaching or “pushing you off the fence” to make things happen.
